Document update

HaiPai Test Verification Library Now Available

A new document centre helps buyers review available product verification files by product group before requesting confirmation for an exact model.

HaiPai Electric has organised 18 supplied test verification files into a searchable online document library. The release gives importers, distributors and project buyers a faster way to identify available evidence without treating a general certificate claim as a substitute for model-level review.

What Has Been Released

The document centre presents each file as a separate record. A record names the product group, document type, verification number, referenced test report, issue date, stated standard and product scope. Buyers can filter the library before opening a summary or the original PDF.

This structure is designed to answer the first practical question in a procurement review: “Is there a document that appears relevant to the exact product under discussion?” It does not replace the technical review that follows.

Product Groups in the Current Library

The current release covers fixed wall switches, wall sockets, USB-integrated sockets, connection units, cooker controls and dimmers. The files reference standards or directives relevant to their stated scope, including documents associated with EN 60669, BS 1363, BS 546, BS 4177, product-safety requirements and electromagnetic compatibility.

Product groupCurrent recordsTypical review focus
Wall switches4Model series, current rating and switch standard
Wall sockets3Outlet format, switching method and socket standard
USB sockets6Socket safety, USB module safety and EMC scope
Connection units2Switched or unswitched configuration and BS 1363-4 scope
Cooker controls1Control-unit and socket configuration
Dimmers2Safety, load range and complementary EMC evidence

How Buyers Should Use the Library

  1. Start with the exact model or product configuration in the quotation.
  2. Filter the library by product group and open the closest relevant record.
  3. Compare the product description, model references, rating and standard shown in the document.
  4. Check whether separate safety and EMC records are needed for an integrated electronic function.
  5. Ask HaiPai to confirm the document set against the destination market and final order specification.

The library makes source material easier to find, but a buyer should still retain a controlled document list with the purchase order. Where a file refers to an annex or test report, those references should be included in the technical review.

A Clear Scope Note

A Test Verification of Conformity records the samples, model references, standards and reports stated in that file. It should not be interpreted as evidence for a visually similar model that is not named, or as proof that every HaiPai product is covered by one certification programme.

Buyer note: use the document library to identify relevant evidence, then request written confirmation for the exact model, electrical configuration, destination market and order revision.

HaiPai will continue to update the library when additional reviewed files and model mappings are available. Each future addition will retain the same model-first presentation.
